Victory Road Global Switch Beta Test Announced

Level-5 has announced that it will hold a global beta test for Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road. The beta test demo client will be available exclusively on Nintendo Switch on March 28, 2024. It will be available in Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.

In the beta client, players will be able to check out the Competition Mode. They will be able to play matches against CPU or other players, and they can also opt to spectate other online matches. Level-5 also teased that it will add a Story Mode starring the new protagonist Destin Billows, who is originally known in Japan as Unmei Sasanami.

The beta version will have 48 characters available out of the over 4,500 planned for the full release. Each character will have their own Team Passives, and players will have to consider these skills to maximize their team’s synergy. Characters will also have a rarity rating that players can improve by infusing Spirits obtained from playing matches.

The beta test demo client will be available simultaneously worldwide via each region’s Nintendo eShop. Level-5 has also shared the exact launch times for major cities in Asia, Europe, and the Americas:
